Want to discover how the famous “scent-tracking dogs” work?
In the exhibition area of the Gathering, we are pleased to host the Volunteer and Civil Protection Group of the National State Police Association (Trieste section). Their Mantrailing K9 Units will give a live demonstration of the incredible olfactory discrimination abilities of dogs in search and rescue operations.
Under the coordination of the canine instructor, who will be present on both days, volunteers will perform practical search demonstrations among the crowd, working in total safety with dogs always on a leash. A unique opportunity to see these extraordinary four-legged rescuers in action!
